What's in the catalogue
SB Tray
Our Euphonium SBTray was the original design that started it all. It comes in two versions — long posts for valve bottoms with lugs, or short posts for flat-bottomed valves — so you get a secure, custom fit whatever your model. The latest version is more ergonomic, with wider sides to prevent spillage and a more defined spout, so you can pour out the collected liquid without removing the gutter tray from your instrument.
How ordering works
Secure Stripe checkout
Payments are processed by Stripe using encrypted, tokenised card data. We never see or store your card number. 3-D Secure authentication is applied automatically where your bank requires it.

Prices display in US Dollar, with taxes and fees included in the price
Dispatch times
Physical orders are packed and dispatched within 2 weeks.

Can I get an invoice for a school or ensemble purchase?
We can. For institutional or purchase-order billing, contact us before ordering at tony@h4mg.com and we'll raise an invoice against your account.
What's your returns policy?
Unopened physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less return postage.
Something went wrong with my order — who do I speak to?
A person, quickly. Email tony@h4mg.com with your order number and we'll sort it. Refunds are issued back through Stripe to the original payment method.
